Russian Psychological Warfare Techniques by Proxies

So if you wish to understand more and more how deep I went into the Russian propaganda, and how it created me some discomfort like post-traumathic stress symptoms, let me explain you at first why Russia is preparing really a war against Europe and since when. When you will finish to read all of that you will ask to yourself: "Did someone told you or you found all online only?" and the answer is sharply:

Nobody but some people in my town, a Russian with a fake Italian nickname and some Italian goons told me something, because they knew that I knew much from the first of my Astroturfing. 

Operation code name *Hiranya* (it has nothing to do with Iran, chill). 

But before giving you away this detail I wish to fill in an overview Geopolitical analysis as an introduction. 

Why this war against Ukraine and NATO nearly costed no money or few money to Russia:

The revenues from 50 years of gas control and distribution in Europe.

This allowed them to carefully prepare not now but back in the 1960's for a preplanned full invasion not only of Ukraine but of the whole of the NATO defended-by territories.

It has always been very cheap for Russia to create their own ammos.

Even there is the most important other thing: certain criminal networks in Europe, USA and South East Asia are buying a lot of Russian weapons (think about the production of Kalashnikovs) which are being sold at a very competitive price. 

All of these things allowed Russia to prepare for such an invasive aggressive war against Ukraine and evidently against the NATO.

The balance of Europe and USA since the 1960's has been that of keeping an eye close because of issues provoqued by Russia via proxies (Afghanistan, part of India, Middle-East, the PKK funded by them in Türkiye, among others) Because Europe and USA promoted the idea of "keeping the Russian bear at peace" by feeding it in exchange for the gas.

The "Russian bear" one fine day decided that needed more money to distribute its gas to Europe.

The controversy did not start only in 2014 because of the Orange Revolution in Ukraine but it started as soon as the KGB ceased to exist and the Soviet Union fell down in 1991.

As soon as the new Russian military GRU was reformed and either SVR and FSB came into existence, in that very moment the discord about the gas prices had started.

There was the need to stop the dependency from Russian gas already 34 years ago.

But the process has been very long because nobody wanted a similar war until Russia decided that they wanted it by showing to the World a fake framing of the reality. They showed that they were poorer in money that they weren't in the reality. They showed that they "rescued the life of Europe against the Nazis" back in the 1940's (which is obviously a lie).

The Mitroskhin archive contained already prepared material against England in the 1960's.

The KGB wrote a lot of lies which would have been later on used against the NATO in 2022.

There are articles available in Yandex in many newspapers related to Dzan and other Russian platforms which show how they took black and white old photos of British royals to then hijack the content of these and frame a negative imaging of UK in order to let other Europeans to think badly about them.

If there was a planning of 50 years to be followed verbatim without improvisation and mind changes it was that of Russia.

You can observe the photos of Medvedev now and see clearly the same robotic facial expression of other Russian Tzars in the 1800's.

It seems that these people never changed and even as enemies they are admirable in their monolithical constance.

This is the only thing which makes them so strong in some kind of situations.

For the rest they are cruel and for sure they terrified their own people who are living in a regime since before Stalin times.

Russia has the gas. The gas allow us to survive and that's the reason why they are dictators.

But if Russia loses the control of the gas, they will be back exactly as poors as in the times of the Tzars in 1700-1800, before trying to seduce Germany or France, when they were peasants with only a very limited rate of middle-rich people, acting only as majestic superstars but being indeed only other more arrogant villains.

Now let me tell you why I am indeed a survivor. 

First and most important: I am Not a trained military but just a common civilian. 

I am (now a bit less) but I was completely ignorant about the military world and domain until in 2017-2019 when I joined some Yoga channels. These ones:

The sponsor of such Yoga Internet channels - surprisingly - did not arrive from Internet itself but from posters in my city and in other places and cities nearby. Now it is understood the reason why: local goons are also over there. But during those times these people claimed to be all residing in India. Few of them in the USA, they said. 

Then there was Facebook which sponsored the same and as the last layer there was Telegram. 

About Telegram those like me who are newbies and not people skilled in It, knew nothing about that platform in 2018.

So I genuinely joined and thought that it was normal. 

A couple of close acquaintances of mine were engaged in Telegram as well. 

For us children of the 1980's those were normal ways to pass time as hobbies. 

I thought that, as it happened in Facebook already during 2018, also in Telegram there were normal people like not scammers and not "Astroturfers" (that word is recently new for me as I ignored it). 

Russians and hybrid networks of Italian and foreign mafias and goons were already in Telegram supervising, interacting and mostly being Admins or Owners of those groups. 

Could had been sport groups, sex groups, chat for friendship groups etc etc

I interacted basically because I was intrigued by Yoga as many other European people who I know. 

Initially everyone was kind with me and so I used to think "wow very nice people". 

They were mixed as said: Indians, Italians, Americans (these last turned out to be Russians and not Americans but I figured out that only in 2021).

The so-called by me "Operation Hiranya" started with me naming myself with a sanskrit name because I liked it and every user was doing the same in these Hindu groups of Telegram.

So it was like a game and nothing else for me. 

But later on the things started to dramatically change. 

The users who were nice and some of them also interacted with me in WhatsApp, turned out to be so much verbally violent that they created discomfort to me. 

They used gaslighting from 2020 till 2022 against me. Even if I exited out these groups they sent back to me south Indian actors in my town, others from the North and last but not least L. I. I cannot disclose his full name for privacy reasons, a man from Russia who is being living since 20 plus years in a village near my city (he says he is here from that time) and whose name is Italian because he allegedly declared that he has been adopted and that he came to Lombardia in Italy as a child.  He has been already arrested once by local police in 2004 for drug possession but he was in his 20s that time. He use to roam with some Italians who misbehaved during the Pandemic-era, by spreading fake news and terrorists slogans in the pubs. 

I didn't know him, despite his proximity to my area. Never heard about him. Never seen in my whole life spent in this one same city. 

He popped up in August the 21st 2021 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon in a pub nearby the city centre and he started to blabber things about Russia, ex-Soviet lands, India, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

His confused speeches were more focused into propaganda rather than real facts and he acted like an attention seeker with a lot of prosopopeia in his mouth. 

He was as much a prolific talker of scamming misinformation as much as he was perennially half drunk. 

But he was not at all out of his mind. Rather he appeared to have been trained by someone in order to "roast" people with Russian pro-Soviet propaganda and he was doing that 6 months before that the Russian full scale invasion against Ukraine and then against Europe had started.

During that time I can remember that in the town in which I am in, not far away from Milan, there were strange posters written in Russian sticked in some lampposts and public spaces for announcements. 

It was quite hard to understand what was written on these with Google Lens, because the meaning was obscure. 

The interviewed by me Eastern Europeans who are living here in the town, did not give any explanations but they appeared fearful about those mysterious messages. It was August - September 2021 when it happened all of that. 

There were Italian people of the Communist party with him at the pub who were observing my reactions while the man kept on blabbering weird geopolitical things. 

My memory was already partially fragmented from the pain injected by the sophisticated machinery of these people exploiting local criminals to abuse of the Yoga spaces created by genuine Indians online, who dramatically disappeared after that. 

These Russians were helped by some international goons to carry out their violence online, there were a few Indians in the network with some Italian people (acting like mafias). 

The memory fragmentation started in me after that they continued to invite me to participate in other groups and to write and later on they deleted everything, telling me that I was arrogant to feel that my words would have been useful. That I was an "Italian bitch" and that I should have learnt to decrease my Ego.

This is the structure of the torture but it went diramated, deeper and always more sophisticated thanks to their environmental spies located in my town. 

I have lost hundreds of screenshots proving the truth and after my other operations of counterespionnage like a newbie because I wanted it, I recovered full memory but lamentably I lost the photos of those chats as eventual legal proof. 

Those Russians of the Telegram aforementioned groups erased the logs and made the reconstruction impossible so that I wouldn't have obtained any help from the police. 

Operation Hiranya started from my side always in 2021 but L. I the first Russian environmental spy, somehow did not trust in my Astroturfing, he perceived that I was using again that nickname but not to align to them but to counter spy them. I prepared 2 to 3 fake Hindutva RSS Telegram groups: Marathi Shishya Ke Samuh was my last, with digital identity inspired to the Marathas, in order to create Honeytraps. This I did in order to counter them out of my instinct and creativity. 

I decorated my home with more Hindu idols in order to attract environmentally the ones who I know were living in here but they hided themselves behind Telegram nicknames. 

It worked well as many Indians and Italians plus some Russian and Eastern European involved in the groups popped up in my city to fake familiar interactions with me. 

Furthermore I exposed 5 Indians who are using fake Pakistani ID so to the Consulate. 

They wanted to come to my home as Pakistani people but then they became too emotional when they saw Hindu idols in my house. 

Thus the strategy worked very well. 

Initially in 2018, as said, I didn't connect Hinduism to Russia because in those times I ignored still a lot of things.

But in 2021 the things changed and from that year until 2023 there was only counterespionnage from my side. 

So Hiranya was one among the best reknew Telegram nicknames ever used to fulfill my goal. 

The encounter with L. I. (the Russian spy living no more than 20 km near my city of Lombardia in Italy) was the bridge to my other second Counterintelligence Astroturfing excellent by me "job" :

The espionnage of the Online Telegram network correspondence with local Communist Party seats and clubs and local Italian attendants.

These were linked to some Russians who in turn are linked with some Indian acting like some thugs of the Bishnoi network (prevalent from Haryana but using fake Pakistani ID cards in order to stay in my place) and others from Gujarat, Maharastra and Goa. 

The come and go people among them were many, overall during the pandemic. 

I regret not to have the full screenshots of those times. 

By the way Gaslighting, Demoralization, Verbal Tortures are the tools used by Russians against targeted Europeans. 

Why would they have selected me?

L. I. told me himself the reason why:

He, and the other involved Russians, thought that I would have complied with their agenda by having been Subverted, according to them, through their usage of Yoga (notice how Pavel Durov also sponsor Meditation in his posts and channels).

Yoga was exploited as a Psy Op by Russia against Indians, Americans and Europeans. 

If today I would have been again in those groups with all of this knowledge of now I would have felt nothing but just going away in silence.

Instead in those years 2018-2020 I thought that I was spending a nice free time in that way as well, before they started to torture me. 

They used a lot of times also shocking images, and "schizophrenic" behaviours to try to create a coup de théâtre effect that was destabilizing. 

It is very difficult to render to you the idea of what I am saying. 

They played with details and they made every genuine interaction to become a guilt. 

Now I believe that many among such Russian people were truly ill in their minds and victims of certain psychological tortures in the first place.

After that I penetrated - this time with full intention - the Telegram Russian embassy in Roma, Italy groups, L. I. and some others "Oleg", "Dimitri", "Antonio", "Danilo", "Iqbal", "Pier" and "Chaudary" , stopped to persecute me (after years that they did in my town too but they were too smart to leave any trace and online they used violence behind nicknames to then erase their Logs as I mentioned before). 

I went inside Yandex obtaining a Passport and I was able to read some Russian Archives. 

The bridge to enter was giving me by 2 cyber hands: ironically one was that of some local Italian goons who hoped to exploit me as a useful idiot under L. I. request and his Russian intelligentsia proxies, and one another, "the hand of hope" was certainly from French and Turkish side.

So to conclude I am one who knows too much according to these Russians. 

But I am living in Italy and I am a common person, and overall, a civilian and not a military. 

This is a game change for these people as they cannot hurt me more than what they did in the past. 

My memory is now fully recovered. I know some Russian secret. And I am protected by Italy because I am only a civil person who attended some online groups. 

The Russian strategy was understandable yet they miserably failed (at least with me, either as "Hiranya" either as myself Paola Blondet ©). 

All of this now deserve to be told. Now I am feeling better and I believe that my post traumatic symptoms are disappearing. 

I believe that others may have passed through a similar experience, so that's also why I am sharing everything with everyone, hoping to be read and not censored as those Russians did in the Yoga groups of Telegram. 

Strenght point, the most important one:

These experiences taught me one of the most fascinating domains that I would ever have expected to learn: the Counterintelligence, Counterespionnage domains. Thus I did easily transformed my pain into satisfaction. 😎🤟🔵🐧
