🐧There are people who like to be nice with others... And then there is my Indian neighbour🐦⬛
At the very beginning, in 2021, after 3 years of nice and funny online conversations, there were new weird people in those Telegram Hindu chatgroups.
Over there some shady figures were verily starting to act in an aggressive way against me and against other Italian users. They all quitted.
But instead I didn't accept to go away from those groups after that, because I was stubborn.
In those Telegram chats there were Indians who were cyberbullying me because of my Italian nationality, as I had already said in my previous posts here. Other Indians have been very nice and polite and we grew long-lasting chat online friendly interactions.
The new ones instead kept on abusing the Europeans and the Yankees.
The more they did that, the more I wanted to understand the reason of their anger.
***
One of my new neighbours, was a user from Haryana in one Telegram group associated with international foreign policy with some Hinduist discourse. The network of such groups was granted by 3 IT's who were located in Noida, New Delhi and Tamil Nadu. These same people also used to roam in the room Hinduism Stack Exchange from the big network of Stack Exchange and Overflow, usually a place to talk about Information Technology, and not religions. But the fact that they were supposed to be ITs, granted them an "aura" of credibility in these online places.
In 2025, as he arrived under my home, this new Indian neighbour of mine, never disclosed that he was the same moron who used to abuse me more than some others back in 2021.
But he committed a small mistake: he kept the same exact Status sentence in WhatsApp identical to the one which he used in Telegram. And I have a sharp memory for these details.
The sentence is a very silly one like those used by the "wanna be thug" people.
The neighbour approached me last summer with a very goofy and odd attitude.
I was in the atrium of my building with 2 grocery shopping bags and I was waisting time on my phone (as usual).
Suddenly I have seen this 35 years old man with Hawaiian flowered shorts and a very reddish embarrassed expression. He ran down the building stairs and he exclaimed breathless: "Hey you, hi how are you? I can see that you have some shopping bags, can I help you pleeease to bring them up?"
He was looking at me like I was a celebrity on a red carpet.
I was quite perplexed by his Bollywoodian drama. I thought that poor Indian people need to be encouraged when they are here in the West. So I said" Okay, thank you ".
During this unrequired service of him he was blabbering that he was a photojournalist from Karachi in Pakistan but that at the same time he worked also in the Amazon Logistics and (why not 🤣) also in Deliveroo as Delivery. Three jobs he said that he had. Wow. Amazing. 😂
Naturally I didn't trust 1 single word of what he was saying.
But because it was almost the end of August and I was full of fancazzismo, I decided a week later, that I should have met personally again this new kind neighbour of mine.
And so I knocked his door and he opened it half nacked and with a remarkable armpit resting on the door jamb.
I immediately complimented him for his armpit. Then I dared to enter the Jungle of the mysterious "Sandokan de no'artri".
Well, he sat me close to him and he started to try to convince me that he was a real thoroughbred Pakistani man. He showed me the picture of another Indian Photoshopped in which there was the ex Pakistani PM İmran Khan.
And then he started to praise the Indian Army by alleging that he has lived in London after having been a war photo journalist in Karachi. He even praised the Sindhoor Indian operation. Strange indeed for a "Pakistani"....
🥎⚾😂
So I decided that it was time for a test, and after having behaved like a silly naïve lady who believes in everything and is easy to feel surprised, we exchanged our phone numbers.
Initially he resisted this request of mine, to exchange our phone numbers but I flattered him so much that he finally accepted.

2 hours later we were already having a debate via WhatsApp, because the guy, turned out to be from Haryana, Karnal City and not from the Pakistan Punjab as he allegedly declared, was not able to maintain a coherent narrative as a "Pakistani".
I have met at least 20 Pakistanis in Lombardia. There are many men but also some women who study at the University.
They never supported the Indian Army, my neighbour did that multiple times.
They never created reels on Facebook with the music of Hindutva, my neighbour did and sent these to me, thinking that I wouldn't had understood.
My neighbour stopped to talk to me and blocked me because he was scared that I would had exposed him as an Indian with a Fake Pakistani ID.
I did already, through official channels, asking to control his documents.
The bad news is that here in Italy, there is a lack of digital and legal interoperability, that is Italy lacks the e-apostille. (*see the Footnote)
So these people can basically rely on the paper and the pencil.
Instead we Italians cannot do that as per our bureaucratic procedures.
Anyway now I am understanding that this man needed to impress Italian people while being in Italy already.
Unfortunately I have lost the screenshots of his abuses because after 4 years probably I accidentally erased these.
It has to be said that I didn't backup such screenshots in a Cloud, because I thought that this man was living in India, as he told me. And online he told me that he was from Haryana.
Sometimes we meet each others in the atrium of the building. He looks like very embarrassed because he knows that what he feels like "a victory", that is, abusing me online with the certainty that I would had not have any link to prove that he was the same person who once did that, it is not a victory at all.
The man is sacrificed to work for the Deliveroo, also during this cold winter, with a bycicle.
He might not be inserted in some good circles, such as the University ones.
He used to live in a city nearby me for years already and probably he was already in Europe since 2019.
I noticed that the thing which triggered him to cut me off from a possible friendship as neighbours, was the fact that he was not able to disguise himself as a Pakistani in front of me. He overreacted because I understood that he was using Hindutva, that is Hindu Politicized Fundamentalist music, in one of his Reels. That thing made him become obsessed and he drag our WhatsApp conversation to be revolved around that, when instead I only asked him this thing once.
¶Note: during my theatrical performances in my past Astroturfing I also played the role of the Kashmiri Pakistani "Jamila". I forgot to tell you, that was my last and most effective action, after the "Operation Hiranya".
In both these cases I listened to a lot of Hindutva versus Classical Hindu and Bollywoodian music. And I listened to a lot of Pakistani music to compare them all. Approximately since 2019 till 2024.
Noob - operatively I considered to have concluded all of my 2 operations of counterespionnage fai-da-te in 2022 but because the whole hybrid Indian-Russian-Italian thug network was triggered by my multiple charming and crazy impersonations, and they reached my IP thus they were seeking others instead of me, out of the doubt that I couldn't have been myself alone to impersonate 10 or more profiles (instead I was 🤣), thus I was coerced by this domino effect to play some more theatre. Because at the same time they sent people to seek for me as anyway I had posted 2 real pictures of me in 2018, before the full bad adventure had started and I was not able to find the groups in which I posted those in 2020 because these disappeared and others were created in Telegram.
The last phase from 2022 to 2024 consisted in alternate representations.
I have seen that also the local Russian spy L. I. is doing the same.
It is a subtle tactic. It means to give confusive impressions about your real nationality, while declaring it straightforwardly.
I think that many normal people also do that when they don't want to become friends of others. It worked because the network around me came closer, such in the case of this man. ¶
He was unprepared about my knowledge of India and Pakistan through years and years of experiences and observations.
But he used to chat with me years ago, he approached me for first as he knew that I was "Hiranya"(nickname used during my previous Astroturfing) , and he pretended not to know that but the way he approached me as a supposed stranger, reveals the opposite.
If he would have been sincere about is nationality, be that Indian or Pakistani it doesn't matter, we would have become probably friendly neighbours.
After all he lives just one floor under me.
In my location sometimes I can accidentally hear all of his phone calls in Hindi and I can't catch a single word in Urdu.
Also the intonation is typically that of the Haryana speakers.
Does this fake identity matters in Italy?
Italy works with double standards in this sense. Because if the man would had been example, a Spanish pretending to be Italian, or German, or French, than it mattered a lot.
But because he is an Indian and not working in a privileged environment, he can be whoever he wants.
The bad Italians who exploited other Indian people in Italy are the main responsibles of such degree of anger of these Indian people in Italy, from one side.
Nevertheless, some years ago during my Astroturfings, a person told me that usually Indian people who are regulars, do not need to falsify their nationality. The same goes for other South East Asians.
Thus he is not a saint neither.
What I think is that these people who falsely declare that they are Pakistanis, while being Indians, and they invest their spare time to build up fake convincing stories on their Facebook timeline, are irregular migrants in here. And they have guarantees with some "Ong" that is with some mafias.
It seems impossible to denounce this in my Country, do you know why? Because they are the Delivery guys. And now healthy people forgot how to walk. They run over the tapis- roulants, they go to jogging but they can't move their ass and go to the restaurant by themselves.
No. It is impossible. Come on. These people Need the Delivery guys.
Without them the World is over.
And that's because of this recent business in Italy that these Indians with fake Pakistani IDs gained the status of Untouchables.
They cannot be exposed. They are The Padrinos of sushi, pizzas and fast - foods.
At odd with our laws. We instead are the odd.
Because we will all gain power only if we jump over that bycicle and deliver everything like they do.
This is the new power of 2025 : the power of Deliveroos. Sad but true.
With Deliveroos you won't need to prove who you are, never. You will be freed by the responsibility of an ID. (I was joking).
This naturally doesn't apply to the Italians in Italy.

🤔
Why Indian document microchips/QR codes are unreadable for Italian Prefectures?
🐧Technical and legal reasons:🐦
- Non‑interoperable digital format: Indian certificates often include QR codes or digital signatures that work only within Indian national systems. Italian Prefectures do not have direct access to those databases.
- Lack of e‑apostille: India is a member of the Hague Convention of 1961, but frequently issues paper apostilles rather than electronic ones. Without an e‑apostille, the QR code has no legal value in Italy.
- Paper copies of digital originals: Many documents arrive as “issued duplicate certificates” with a stamp and QR code. When scanned, the QR code links to a digital copy, but not to an electronically apostilled document, so it cannot be validated abroad.
- Italian regulations: Italian law (DPR 223/1989 and the Digital Administration Code) requires that civil status data be documented with authentic, verifiable acts. If verification is impossible, the registrar cannot accept the document.
Italy: Prefectures and Civil Status Offices must rely on authenticated and apostilled documents.
- India: Issues digital documents with electronic signatures and QR codes, but not always accompanied by an apostille recognized abroad.
- Result: The “microchip” (actually a QR code or digital signature) is not readable by Italian systems, so the document is not recognized.
The problem is not a technical defect in the microchip itself, but the lack of digital and legal interoperability: Indian QR codes are not linked to an apostille system recognized in Italy. For this reason, Italian Prefectures consider them unreadable and always require legalization through paper apostille or sworn translation.
Note: I am a sworn translator and I always refused to swear for Indians and for Pakistanis in here, when I was asked by some of them to do so, because of this lack of legal interoperability. ©Paola Blondet
